Clinical Medical Ethics series
H. Tristram Engelhardt Jr. and Kevin William Wildes, SJ, series editors
The Clinical Medical Ethics series explores central themes in bioethics and health care policy in single-author short volumes. The series aims to bring together a literature that is important but complex. Each volume provides a focused exposition otherwise not available in the literature. Though books may have already appeared on the same topic, a Clinical Medical Ethics series volume attempts to provide a better synthetic and summarizing account. The volumes are written to be accessible to physicians, nurses, lawyers, and those working on health care policy, not just specialists in ethics or bioethics. This series is no longer accepting new manuscripts.
