How do I pre-order a book, so it ships upon publication?
If a book is not available to ship, our website will indicate that the book is available for pre-order. You can pre-order a book through our secure website or by calling our fulfillment service at 800-537-5487. When pre-ordering a book, we will process your order and ship the book when it becomes available. However, your credit card will not be charged until the book ships.
